This work began during an artist residency where the artist had access to and education on the art of using a floor loom. Past artworks were cut up into long thing strips and woven into various random patterns mixing in stripes of old business clothing such as khaki's and collared shirts.

This is one of a two part sereis of works that were created to stretch from one canvas to another, symbolic of the artist's journey of transition from one series to another, and the emotions that come with moving on and letting go. These transitional pieces are often significant to the artist as they represent artistic and mental breakthroughs in the work.
